This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Your personal information may be shared with PropTx Innovations Inc. for auditing and/or legal purposes. This includes name, email address, username, current password record, and audit trail, when requested by PropTx for the purpose of investigating a suspected breach of the VOW Rules or of the security of MLS® data.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertisers.
Records of your registration (name, email address, username, current password, and audit trail) are retained for at least 180 days after the expiration of your password, as required by the VOW Rules.
You may request that your personal information be corrected or removed at any time by contacting Ray Tu Homes (see the Contact section). If you request the removal of personal information associated with a listing, we will comply promptly and advise PropTx and the listing brokerage so the listing can be set to “do not display” on the PropTx MLS® System.
We use a single session cookie (vow_session) to keep you signed in.
This cookie is strictly necessary for the operation of the VOW and is not used for
tracking or advertising.
